U.S. Rep. Ben Cline recently visited Alleghany High School to provide students with an overview of life as a member of Congress. During his visit, he spoke to government students and those enrolled in the Alleghany Highlands Advancement: Law and Political Science program.

Cline’s discussion offered insights into his responsibilities as a congressman and the political environment in Washington, D.C. He also answered questions from students on various topics including personal rights, energy costs, tariffs and taxation, TikTok, immigration, and career paths.
