Congressman Ben Cline has been honored with the Champion of Limited Government Award by the Institute for Legislative Analysis. This recognition comes as a result of his consistent voting record supporting limited government principles, as determined by an extensive review of thousands of votes in the U.S. Congress.
“One of my top priorities in Congress has been to rein in the size and overreach of the federal government and protect the constitutional freedoms of the people I represent in Virginia’s Sixth District,” said Congressman Cline. “I’m honored to receive this recognition and will keep fighting every day to defend limited government and the principles our nation was founded on.”

Congressman Ben Cline serves Virginia’s Sixth Congressional District. His career includes roles as an attorney in private practice, assistant prosecutor, and Member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He resides in Botetourt County with his wife Elizabeth and their two children.
