On Friday, Feb. 28, former Central High School standout Kelan Hoover’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Tusculum Pioneers.
The game took place at Ron Christopher Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Ron Christopher Stadium against Tusculum Pioneers.
