On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Central High School standout Kelan Hoover’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Barton Bulldogs.
The game took place at Ron Christopher Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. at Durham Field against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
