Middletown ranked 291st in Virginia for resident earnings in 2019

Middletown ranked 291st among cities in Virginia by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Middletown residents was $30,929 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 541 households with a population of 1,363.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Loudoun Valley Estates with $91,311 per year after adjusting for inflation – $60,382 more than Middletown. It had 2,378 households with a population of 8,020.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Emory with $5,034 per year after adjusting for inflation – $25,895 less than Middletown. It had 190 households with a population of 1,155.
