Alliance for the Shenandoah Valley issued the following announcement on June 28
The Shenandoah County Comprehensive Plan is coming up for a full revision soon, and to prepare, the county is seeking input from residents on what you value in the county and what you’d like to see in its future.
The survey can be found here and should take you less than 15 minutes to complete. You’ll be asked a wide range of questions about your views on the economy, the importance of history and natural resources, availability of affordable housing, and more, so put your thinking cap on. To get the comprehensive plan right, it needs to include your input!
And, if you need a refresher on how a comprehensive plan serves a community, read our spring 2020 Ridge and Valley feature “Superheroes Need Good Sidekicks.”
