Shenandoah Valley Academy issued the following announcement on Aug. 24
Ms. Mohns’ first sophomore biology lab “Egg Protection” taught the Scientific Method. They went over the design process, had to write out the problem, observations and hypothesis. Then they designed their protective devices. Afterwards they recorded data through observations and concluded whether or not their design worked! Out of the 10 groups, none of the eggs broke on the first drop. (Although some of the students made it their personal mission to break their eggs after!)
