Eight Shenandoah University School of Business sport management students got to practice fan/experience operations at an NFL preseason game at the M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, on Saturday night, Aug. 27, as the Baltimore Ravens extended their record preseason winning streak to 23 games with a 17-15 victory over the Washington Commanders.

The students worked on the Club Level of the stadium, armed with iPhone scanners to check fans’ tickets to ensure they were in the right section of the stadium.
