The Shenandoah University women's tennis team won for the third time in its past four outings Saturday with an 8-1 ODAC victory at Randolph-Macon.
Shenandoah (4-3, 2-1 ODAC) was dominant from top to bottom in earning its first-ever victory over R-MC (3-4, 1-3).

SU dropped just four total games in sweeping the doubles matches. Natalia García Molina and Jahveesha Combs won at love at No. 1 with Allison Cherwien and Jada Lewis nearly pulling off the same trick at No. 3. That duo was an 8-1 victor.
Ariella Stepleman and Lily Kimble completed the sweep with an 8-3 victory at No. 2.
Needing just two wins in singles, the Hornets won at every match except No. 4.
García Molina and Combs both dropped just one game in winning their respective singles matches with García Molina winning 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 and Combs 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2. That latter victory clinched the team result.
Stepleman was a 6-0, 6-2 victor at No. 3, Cherwien 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5, and Kelly Hudak 6-3, 6-1 at No. 6.
