Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative issued the following announcement on June 9.
Attention members in the Winchester district:
Beginning Friday, June 11, the Winchester office drive-thru and access to the kiosk and drop box will be closed for a paving project to take place.
They will reopen on Wednesday, June 16. Payments may still be made online, by phone or on the MySVEC app. Thank you for your patience!
