SVEC sponsored an ArtScape banner this year to support ShenArts - Shenandoah Arts Council! The banners will be displayed in downtown Winchester for a full year. We hope you'll have a chance to see this beautiful outdoor gallery for yourself! A story about ArtScape will be published in the September issue of Cooperative Living Magazine.
