Wow- our 88th Annual Father, Son and Family Banquet at Pilgrim Baptist Church was a huge success! Families participated in our Community Fair (thanks to Miss Betty and Mr. Stephen at the YMCA Express at Gainsboro , Mill Mountain Theatre , Virginia Western Community College Culinary Arts Program, Roanoke FireEMS Department , Anthem Health Insurance and other fun vendors), were encouraged by keynote speaker Mr. Ryan Bell, enjoyed performances from Ms. LB and Macklyn Dion and had a delicious dinner from Golden Corral Buffet & Grill !
Of course, this evening wouldn't have happened without the amazing support of our sponsors, United Way of Roanoke Valley, United for ALICE , Freedom First Credit Union and the many volunteers, staff and board members!
