Representative Ben Cline (R-VA) has expressed strong criticism of President Biden’s recent immigration executive order, asserting that it will be ineffective in addressing the challenges at the southern border. "Trying to catch water with a strainer," Cline said, referring to what he perceives as numerous loopholes within the order.
